The many advantages of the Chiemsee region’s idyllic nature invite visitors to go on trips and hikes and to explore the area. Look forward to famous destinations, such as the Castle Herrenchiemsee, Mozart’s Salzburg, or the Bavarian capital of Munich. Golf clubs and skiing areas are also easy to reach from Obing.
The house is located directly at the local lake, the Obinger See. In addition, the Hotel Oberwirt has a private pier and a large sunbathing lawn for our guests. You can borrow large towels at our reception for a fee of €2.00.

Obing in the Chiemgau
The municipality Obing comprises the town of Obing and several small villages and farms in the area, amounting to a total of about 4,200 people. You will find shops for everyday goods in the center of town.
